KITCHEN AND DINING

The chef's kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, plus a toaster. We provide pots and pans, baking dishes and sheet pans, dishes and flatware, and wine glasses, plus a Cuisinart drip coffee maker with starter packs of Door County Coffee. The spacious dining area is perfect for lingering dinners or game night.

Other provided supplies include starter packs of Door County Coffee and filters, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissue, and dishwasher and laundry supplies. Body soap, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, hangers and cleaning products are provided. A first aid kit, a power outage kit, a flashlight, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are on site.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire property, including the cottage, the driveway, the large patio with the hot tub and outdoor fireplace, and the wooded lot. Free parking is available on the property.



The Neighborhood:

The cottage sits on a private wooded road about two minutes from downtown Egg Harbor, so restaurants, shops and the waterfront are close by. Fish Creek is about a 10-minute drive, and the rest of the peninsula is a short distance away, with the tranquility and privacy of a secluded property.



Getting Around:

A car is the best way to get around. Downtown Egg Harbor is about two minutes away and Fish Creek about 10, with free parking on the property.

The Door County Cottage Retreat is professionally managed by DoCo Vacations, a locally owned Door County vacation rental company. DoCo arranges professional cleaning between stays and handles guest communication and after-hours phone support for emergencies or any other questions. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and our standard check-out time is 10:00 a.m.. Furniture and decor may differ from the photos.



•The washer and dryer are located in the first-floor bathroom.

•Firewood for the outdoor fireplace isn't regularly supplied; please buy wood locally to prevent the spread of invasive species.

•The cottage is on a septic system.

•Trash is picked up on Fridays.

We pride ourselves on creating a streamlined experience whenever and wherever possible. You'll check in with a keypad door lock. You'll receive all of your check-in instructions digitally, along with our digital guidebook of favorite Door County spots.
