"Walked into home, no couch in living room but a tiny tv on the wall. Couch in the family room so not a big deal, but looks bad and uninviting. Tv in the master bedroom has fallen off the wall and sitting on the floor broken where cleaning person left it. bathrooms had no toilet paper, tubs were dirty and had old bars of soap in them.
