The apartment was modern, tastefully furnished, and very clean â everything from the cozy bed to the fully equipped kitchen was designed for comfort and convenience. Albeit, the Wi-Fi was very slow and didn't have a good coverage of the whole...
âThe reception had me wait for hours before I got my room. They said they couldn't see my booking in their system and they were not willing to help me even when I showed them my booking confirmation and receipt showing that I had payed. They did not make any effort to solve the problem and after several hours my booking showed up in their system, after that I finally got my room. Really disappointed with the lack of service and willingness to give me as a guest a good welcome.â

âWe loved Protea Hotel and it's staff. The manager was excellent, he really went out of his way to make us comfortable. We even were able to keep the room until 4 PM the day we checked out. Very friendly, service minded and attentive staff. We will definately come back to Protea Hotel when in Lagos!â
