BUT, for a 4-star hotel I was very disappointed with the rooms. “Sehr nett eingerichtetes Zimmer. Man sollte aber beachten, dass es keine Rezeption gibt und man früh genug den Online-Checkin abgeschlossen haben sollte. Uns wurde aber per Whatsapp durch die nette Besitzerin sehr rasch weitergeholfen. Zur Umgebung: das Zentrum von Inca ist zu Fuß perfekt erreichbar, leider ist Inca (auch Nachts) eine sehr autofreundliche Stadt.”

“The 3 girls that work the hotel with reception, breakfast and cleaning are fantastic and are really great hospitality persons. They make you feel really welcome and do their outmost to serve the guest. The negative part is linked to the ownership of the hotel. We’re bad WiFi and the area do not have good 4 or 5g connection. “The location is good, close to bus lines to the centre of the city. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccable. However, not all amenities are as advertised, as the Hotel is not completely finished. The pool, the cafeteria and gym etc. are still under construction.”
