“Everything was perfect from start to finish! Lovely villa with everything you should need! The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows! Clean and spacious and peaceful! With a 10 min walk to shops, bars, and the beach what more could you want! Pascal, what a lovely man, nice touch with a bag of ice in the freezer and 2 chilled glasses waiting for us!”

“We were a family of 3 generations & the villa was perfect for all of us the large pool was brilliant the grandchildren especially loved it along with the pool table The villa itself was well equipped with plenty of plates cup glasses etc for a large group the barbque was lovely and nice to have the outdoor seating large enough for us all to sit around The tv had all channels which was great for the sports fans of our group The arrival instructions & villa information was very comprehensive...

“We had a lovely holiday in Pascual's property. It is in an ideal location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, beaches. The house was perfect for 3 friends and the pool was great. The only thing was the shower in the main bathroom leaked. The beds were comfortable and the living areas and kitchen were perfect. We would definitely return.”

“Sowohl die Kommunikation im Vorfeld als auch check-in und Aufenthalt waren hervorragend. Es gibt ausreichend Platz im Innen- und Außenbereich. Leider fehlt es im Außenbereich an Schattenspender: ein Sonnenschirm oder ähnliches wäre toll. Ansonsten perfekt. Danke!”

“We stayed recently for a week and had an amazing time. The property is as described, clean, well appointed and very spacious. 2 minutes walk to several restaurants and a supermarket, 30 seconds walk to the cliffs overlooking the sea and just an 8 minutes drive to Playa Blanca and beautiful beaches. Check in was smooth and easy. We would definitely return, the pool was heated and clean, and the owner was friendly and easy to get hold of. Highly recommended”

“Really well located in a quiet area, close enough and far enough away from the centre of town. We hired a car for our total stay, villa was really easy to find. Communication was excellent with George. Pool was amazing and very safe with small children. Great facilities and well equipped. Had a really lovely holiday! :)”

“Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison dont les caractéristiques correspondent quasiment au descriptif de l'annonce. Toutefois quelques points d'amélioration sont à noter: Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif il n'y a pas de bain à remous. Le sèche cheveux est muni d'une prise anglaise alors que toutes les prises de la maison sont de type européen. Nous avons failli acheté un adaptateur mais heureusement nous avons fini par en trouver un sur la prise d'une lampe...

Tolle Lage und die Nachbarn sind/waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Eine sehr ruhige Gegend.Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen.”

“Spacious, clean, well equipped and easy. Pool and outside areas were fab - water warm even in Feb. It's about 20 mins into town so easily walkable but means you can escape the tourists too if you want. Some nice places to eat not far away and beaches at papagayo are well worth the walk. Would also recommend trip to el golfo and the national park.”

“Wir waren 22 Tage in dem Haus! Es war alles da was man benötigt zum zufrieden sein! Der Strand ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt! Direkt am Strand ist die Sunset Beach Bar! Und genau gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt (dort kann man Brötchen und alles was man benötigt bekommen)! Der Fußmarsch abends in die Stadt ist ca 10 min also perfekt! Es ist unbezahlbar schön auf der dachterasse zu chillen und das Meer zu bestaunen! Ein rundum Mega Haus!”
