“We loved our visit. The beach was amazing and the water was so warm. The house needs little tender loving care, easy stuff replace light bulbs, fix fan repair slip covers on chairs.The handy man was available, but we had to call for repairs. No hot water in master bedroom shower. Little details, however the time was perfect and the local restaurants were excellent. ”

“Great location, accommodations, pool, and services. Close to restaurants, and food stores. Only transportation you need is a golf cart. Daily house, property, and pool cleaning and night security. ”

“We had a lovely stay at Villa Encanto. It was well equipped, had a spectacular view and Alex was very attentive and helpful with any concerns we had or raised. We had 2 families of 4 and it felt very spacious and comfortable. The pool table was a great bonus to have when not out enjoying the pool and view outdoors. On property or near within visibility of the property there were monkey, birds, iguanas and an assortment bugs to boot which were both fun and took a bit of getting used to for some...

“This is a beautiful unit and perfect base for beach explorations. Quiet and very comfortable for all of us. Jorge is a wonderful host and resource on everything local. I encourage visitors to read the booklet on restaurant recommendations- they were all excellent. The feline visitors are so sweet - we loved having them around ”

“We had the most wonderful time at Liz and Sergio’s place. Our flight was delayed by a day, and they offered us a free day in place of that, even though one member stated that first day! The ocean is literally steps away, and we enjoyed bird watching in the mornings. What a great and pleasant place. :)”
