Set on a spacious 1,000 m² property, Casa Kokomo features two separate structures, each with its own private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and comfortable living space—offering plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying the property together.

The main house features two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, two bathrooms, a welcoming living and dining area, and a spacious outdoor patio perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.

The separate one-bedroom, one-bath casita offers an especially memorable Baja experience. Wake up to spectacular sunrises over Isla Cerralvo and take in expansive views across the Sea of Cortez from your own peaceful retreat.

Whether you're coming to kite, foil, paddle, scuba, mountain bike, explore the East Cape, or simply slow down and enjoy the Baja lifestyle, Casa Kokomo gives you the space and location to do it comfortably.

Guests enjoy private access to the accommodations included with their reservation, along with the property's designated outdoor living areas and amenities.

Check-in is self-service and flexible. Personal access codes are provided on the day of arrival, allowing you to settle in easily and begin enjoying your stay.

Parking is available on site for up to three vehicles.

Casa Kokomo is approximately 58 km from La Paz International Airport.

We highly recommend renting a car so you can comfortably explore El Sargento, La Ventana, La Paz, and the surrounding East Cape. Rideshare services such as Uber are generally not available locally.

If you prefer not to rent a vehicle, we can help coordinate private transportation to and from the property.

For added security and peace of mind, Casa Kokomo is equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras are located only in outdoor areas and do not monitor or record any private interior spaces.
