"I chose Novotel Cairo Airport because its location at the airport and as a bonus they have a free shuttle to the terminals. After three days on holiday in Cairo and Alexandria without a cold beer it was a joy that this hotel served alcohol. The pool looked inviting but I arrived late at night and the plane to Abu Simbel left early the next morning, so no chance to swim. Fresh and well-cleaned hotel, but I know nothing about the breakfast due to an early morning flight. The only bummer was that there were no towels in the room and it didn't help that I asked at the reception and they promised to come, but no..."

"Välj inte detta hotell! Hotellet hade flera bröllop samtidigt under flera av dagarna vi bodde där. En pool stängdes av helt och hållet under en dag. Vi hittade hår i maten. Vi hittade levande insikter i kopparna på rummet. När vi påtalade det för personalen erbjöd dem som kompensation en middag på samma resturang där vi hittade hårstråt i maten. Det här hotellet är definitivt inte i nivå med vad som kan förväntas och förtjänar inte att kallas ett Hilton hotell. "

"Excellent service. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. However, you should be extra careful during check-in, as the lady at the reception tried to downgrade our room booking and offered us a different room than the one we had booked and paid for. She became unpleasant when we showed the receipts proving what we had paid for. Fortunately, one of her colleagues handled our check-in and resolved the issue. So, be cautious during check-in. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic experience with great food, a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly staff. A big plus is that the hotel provides a free airport transfer service with its own shuttle buses."
