“Such a hidden gem. This place is more than a stay. It's an experience. Things to note are that you have to take a small boat to reach the property so pack light. The nature and beach are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the perfect blend of shelter and being one with nature. The restaurant on site is superb with quality organic ingredients that create art on a plate. Staff is friendly, approachable and super helpful. Can't wait to come back. ”

“Beautiful hotel very excellent place for family to relax ”

“We loved this property but recognize the steep walk up and 55 steps down to our room might not be for everyone. It was just fine for us because the only noise was the sound of waves against the rocks below our room. Also, communication was excellent for us due to problems with Expedia but our hostess patient and helpful. The rooftop patio was lovely with great views of the harbour. The apartment was spacious with very comfortable furniture. ”

“Awesome trip to Casa Buena Vista. The villa staff, Fide, Rogelio, and Carmen were fantastic. Fide's cooking can't be beat. The host, Jose, communicated often and was easy to get ahold of even though there were no issues with our stay. The villa was the perfect size for the seven members of our group. The view from the villa is exceptional We were sad to leave and hope to come back again some day.”

“We stayed at this property for one week and it was wonderful! We had small kids, teenagers and adults and we all had a great time. The staff was excellent. We loved all the food and drinks. Excellent authentic Mexican food. Manny, the concierge was very attentive, always quickly getting us anything we needed and responding to texts immediately. The house itself had lots of room for everyone. Beach was only 5 minutes walk away and a close bus stop made it easy to take the bus into town. The only...

“This is a nice place to stay and the location is easy to get to. Hot shower and comfortable bed. We aren't the kind to give bad reviews and this place is really great. But this is the second time we have stayed here, and both times we have had a difficult time obtaining the key. This time we were not able to get in touch with the owner after calling multiple times. Someone finally came to help us because the security camera showed us walking around and sitting with our luggage (for a long time)....

Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta - All Inclusive

2/10 Väldigt dåligt

"Unfortunately our rental car was stolen from the parking garage of the hotel while the valet parking had the key in their station. This matter is still under investigation by hotel, police and car rental company but we really hope that hotel assumes responsibility for this and increase security and processes in their parking and valet services. Of course this ruined our stay there, otherwise good."
