Selbst die Toiletten waren in den ersten Tagen mit WC-Papier ausgestattet und im jeweiligen Bad war eine Seife und ein Haarfön parat. Die Gastbetreuerin Kery war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn es Probleme zu lösen gab. Sie war über WhatsApp immer zu erreichen und sehr entgegenkommend. "Absolutely stunning hotel and the service was exceptional. This is exactly how I’d like to feel when I’m travelling. I arrived a little earlier than check in time, so I was sat down, looked after with a refreshing drink, and then offered options to upgrade my room. I had initially no plans to do this, but the service of Andrea was so great, that I happily upgraded to an even bigger suite with a terrace, overlooking the city and Sierra Nevada. The hotel offered aperitifs daily, and it was a very relaxing and luxurious experience. I will definitely be back to both Granada and will certainly stay again in the Melia."
