“The accommodation was really nice and the staff very helpful. However some of the information we previously received when booking was unfortunately not correct, e.g. the beach was not suitable for a baby and the room couldn't be made completely dark, which was important for us to ensure that napping would be possible for our baby during the day and this was promised beforehand. In addition for the size of the room, it was a bit overpriced.”

“Our little cottage getaway was just what we needed. Our hosts were exceptional - responsive, kind and generous. The cottage was very comfortable - we had everything we needed for a four-day stay on Eluethera. It was quiet and safe (after a week in Nassau). We were able to walk to Turtle Beach and many other beautiful beaches were just short drives away.Loved it - wish we could have stayed longer.”

“We were supposed to stay at Pink Sands Resort as part of a romantic Bahamas get away in January. When booking the resort, we reached out several times to ask for advice how to get to the island and resort and we're given false information on travel measures that didn't run, and simply was inaccurate - which in turn led to us not being able to get to the resort at all. When reaching out to them and explaining the difficulties, even in advance of our stay, they refused to refund us and instead...

“My stay at the Pilot House was nothing but amazing. Karen, the owner, was very responsive to messages, making sure I found the place easily and providing great recommendations around the Island. The rooms are newly renovated with a luxury hotel feeling. Staying at the pilot house was above expectations. Looking forward to staying there again.”

“The location was so beautiful and relaxing. It was everything I thought it would be and more. The addition of the golf cart was wonderful as most people drive golf carts on the island. It is definitely on island time which was great. The beds were so comfortable in the inside. The house was beautifully decorated. Christie the host was wonderful, immediate responses to any needs you have. We would definitely do it again.”
