“The property was close to Ft. Sill which is what we wanted. The neighborhood was not very apealing. The apartment was dingy, musy and not well maintained and had dead bugs in the bathtub, sink, closet and in the freezer along with the bag of ice that was in the freezer. The outside of the apartments had linen from the laundry room all over the ground and the grate was torn off as well as piles of grass clippings left. “The area was great. Every morning seeing deer when leaving the VRBO house to work on business project. Room was clean and comfortable. Great decor and loves it had a back patio to hang out and view deer at night. No issues at all and wifi service was great for me when I had to do some work at VRBO house.Will select this place again this summer with my wife when we have to come back to town to do more projects in the area ”

“Very cute property!! The only we had personally were the stairs to the room. Very steep and we were 65-70 yrs in age. We did not attempt the rooftop. If we had know beforehand we would have searched for a bottom unit. Otherwise it bead very nice and efficient!! Within walking distance to downtown! I would recommend this place!”

“On the positive side, the flat met my basic needs and was a clean place to stay. On the negative side, the walls with neighboring units do a poor job at dampening sound. There's no coffee maker in the room! Instant coffee does not count. There are dusty "shared coffee" implements kept in the laundry room. The cookware is unusable, dented, warped, and scratched Teflon. And if you are on a business trip and need a proper receipt, apparently it's impossible to attain one. I would not stay here...

“We loved our time in our flat at medicine park! Enjoyed walking to and from town and loved being so close to everything without being right in the middle. Would stay again!”

“Good location. Place was 5-10 minutes to Ft. Sill and local shops and restaurants. Communication was great. Bathroom needed to be touched up again and one of the bedroom sheet sets was full of dog hair. Housekeeper came back. Still found what looked like bbq sauce on one of the pillow cases. I bought my own sheet set from Walmart. Floors and baseboards throughout were dirty and needed to be swept and mopped. There’s only one big wall unit ac in the living room so if you close your bedroom doors...

“There was a bit of a hiccup in the check in process, but that was due to me not receiving the check in email. That was easily remedied through a short phone call though. The apartment was clean, and tidy. It worked well for our visit for family day and graduation.”

“This was a cute little cabin. The a/c in the bedroom was amazing! We only stayed for a night, but I really liked it. Our baby doggie felt right at home too.”
