“Do not ever book this motel. If you can live with celings falling down, curtains hanging down, broken furniture, ac sounding like a train, etc. You still have to meet the most unhelpful, rude, not caring, lying to your face staf. Since we talked with 3 different staf member we really cant recomend this place at all. We needed to get a shuttel from the airport, so I called before we got on the plain to tell them when we would arrive ( that is what they had written on their paige). The man did not...

“This is a great little motel. We were overnighting to catch a flight in the AM and it was perfect. It is basic - has a fridge and microwave but we were catching a few hours sleep and a shower and out the door. It was clean and you can tell the people running it care about the place and their guests. Great spot! We'd do it again.”

“Room was very clean. Staff very nice and helpful woth informations about how to get to Manhattan the easiest and fastest way. Train station 15 minutes walking easy to find. Supermarket 4 minutes walking. All in all great hotel for a good price.”

“We stayed for three nights at citizen. Great location near Times Square, great rooftop bar facing Broadway. This is kind of a "modern" hotel where you have to check-in yourself at a computer, an i Pad in the room that controls everything etc, but it worked fine for us.”
