âPĂ„ grund av instĂ€llt flyg behövde jag hitta en nytt hotell och valde att stanna nĂ€ra Newark International Airport. Jag blev mer Ă€n nöjd över den studio jag fann. Trevligt inredd med en skrivhörna, köksdel med matbord, soffhörna med TV, bekvĂ€m sĂ€ng i sovavdelningen samt rejĂ€lt tvĂ€ttrum med separat toilett och bad. Allt rent, bekvĂ€mt och Ă€ndamĂ„lsenligt. âDo not ever book this motel. If you can live with celings falling down, curtains hanging down, broken furniture, ac sounding like a train, etc. You still have to meet the most unhelpful, rude, not caring, lying to your face staf. Since we talked with 3 different staf member we really cant recomend this place at all.
We needed to get a shuttel from the airport, so I called before we got on the plain to tell them when we would arrive ( that is what they had written on their paige). The man did not...
âDecent place but very unvenient for late check ins via Newark airport. My plane was late but checked in online at the hotel that I would come at midnight. Waiting 45 minutes at P4 for any shuttlebuss until I called hotel and then say the shuttlebuss doesnât run after 11 and that was informed. No it was not stated anywhere in the emails I received only that âsomeâ service might not be functional. Late night shift man was arrogant and uninterested to help. Daytime staff decent but the shuttlebuss...

"Do not ever book this motel. We needed to get a shuttel from the airport, so I called before we got on the plain to tell them when we would arrive ( that is what they had written on their paige). The man did not listen at all. He just said call again. So I did that 2 more times with the same result.
So when we landed I called again. We went to the place for the pick up. A new man said it shuttle was on the way. (we new that it takes 10-12 minutes to the hotel). After 20 minutes I called again. The answere was: He is there in a couple of minutes. No he was not. I called back again after 10 minutes and now they hangd up on me 4 times. After 40 minutes I called again telling them we would take a taxi (12 minutes the trip took) then the man said it was because of the traffic the shuttle was late. No it was not.
So we did take the taxi and it cost us 45$
When we got to the hotel over an hour later than we should , the men didnt even apologize to us.
My husband asked to change the room and they said the motel was full but we checked it and it was not.
How can anyone behave like this?
