“We loved the literary themed decor. Very creative and colorful! The beds were incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of parking available for our group and we enjoyed sitting and visiting out on the inviting front porch and in the living room. Our host, Daphanie, was very warm and friendly. She answered questions right away and was very helpful. We had a wonderful time!”

“Great cabin-like feel for a studio with bed and kitchenette bathroom. Super clean, the two pups were super friendly and cute to see the goats and pigs. Only minutes from the speedway and very convenient to restaurants and groceries stores. Would stay there again if in the area and highly recommend to others.”

“Honestly we rented this property because it was the only one available on such short notice. The house was nice and properly described on VRBO. Having only 1 bathroom presented some issues and the busy street that apparently leads to the hospital was interesting. Several times (day and night) an ambulance came down the street with sirens on. It wasn't a huge deal for us but could be a problem for people who struggle going back to sleep.”

“This property was fantastic. Everything was clean and organized. We like to cook our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our kids had a great time in the pool and the sunset views were stunning. I highly recommend this place.”

“The outside of the property was a mess, the stairs to the dock were destroyed, my 11 year old fell on the stairs the dock area was falling apart, there was an old hot tub filled with water on the property, screen door had a torn s screen, trash outside from the last guest, the railing on the top deck was wobbly and dangerously loose, the string lights has missing light bulbs , dangerous for the kids, the roof had falling tree branches, the washer was broke, the four garbage cans were full....

“This is the cutest Vrbo that I have ever rented! It is decorated so cute, the hot tub was nice and clean as well as the entire house. Kitchen was well equipped. We are definitely going to stay there next time. We are in Bristol!”

“House was dirty when we checked in. Had not been cleaned…dirty wash cloth in the shower. Bugs in bed and all over the floor. We took pictures of the mess. Ashley came on Sunday and cleaned…thank you Ashley…she made the house livable. I would not recommend this house to anyone. If this is the way SANCTUARY houses are kept, I would not choose another SANCTUARY listing. It is the worse VRBO house we have ever rented.”
