“Clean well stocked insane locstion”

“House was immaculately clean and fresh. Great private location that makes you feel like you’re away from it all. We happened to check in on a hot, humid , 90 degree plus day ( more and more of those in the ADKS these days) and just know there is only 1 portable AC unit in the entire place. Not truly adequate to cool the whole house with the back bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and two floor fans that we found in the closets but if you’re use to AC just be aware, it’s a bit warm....

“Check-in was easy with the details that were given. The kitchen had everything we needed, if I could give one thing for feed back would be more small teaspoon size spoons are needed. The space and bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Clean comfortable beds. The only thing I can give feedback for would be the toilet paper roll holder kept falling off in the back bathroom and a hand towel holders in all three bathrooms which really is not a big deal. Other than that everything was great. ...

“Beautiful home in an amazing location and setting - having the dock for our boat was fabulous and the bay is stunning. House had everything we needed for our 3 families with 6 children total - we cooked 3 meals a day in the kitchen which was very well equipped and fantastic. The outdoor sitting and dining area was so lovely and we enjoyed a lot of time out there. Movie room for the kids was so special and fun. The house had a great supply of beach towels which was a very thoughtful touch. ...

“Isolation at its finest. We were only here 4 days with 2.6 days of bad weather. Feel like temps of 49 in the middle of August was a shock. Checked out Burlington and Middlebury during windy cloudy days Lake front house was awesome. Not luxury but very homey with everything we needed. Loved being the only one on the lake. ”

The best part was the hosts! Kathy and Kirk were very easy to work with and were extremely accommodating of some of our changes, which we really appreciated. They also gave us suggestions of things to see and do. We would stay here again. ”
