“Three Trails was so cute. I loved the exposed brick walls, wooden floors and the wood beam ceilings. The beds were very comfortable! I would recommend so WD40 on the doors, they were very loud and squeaky if you had to get up in the middle of the night for the bathroom. The apartment kitchen is very well stocked. We loved finishing the evenings on the rooftop patio. The parking was very easy and everything is walkable in downtown Elkin, we didnt have to drive anywhere, the vine line picked us up...

“Great location! In the heart of downtown. Nice restaurants and a yummy ice cream shop! These are apartments and in downtown so expect noise during the day and throughout the early night, but everyone was very respectful and quit when it was bedtime. Super easy and quick communication. ”

“Place is disgusting .. smells before you open the door.. you can tell people live here and pay weekly, they make it clear they have priority because they live there .. air conditioning doesn’t work.. blows cool air but the curtains are so long the air gets trapped in the window and does not cool the room off.. took one look around, kids and I left.. was told I couldn’t get a refund, yall can keep it.. id rather sleep in my car, than in any room in this establishment: ”
