“The place was absolutely amazing for the price. Very clean sleek and modern. The beds were so comfortable my daughter was trying to find the name brand of the comforter. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions that were already answered in the previous emails. .The only complaint my party had was lack of hand towel hooks in the bathrooms. Highly recommend!”

“It is definitely an old house which is okay but can very well use some things to help clean it up. The guest I was with felt it was dirty and she is a realtor. Other than that decent location and neighborhood. Wouldn’t necessarily classify as gorgeous but it was good. Great coffee shop right around the corner called “good news cafe”! A/c was great. I Didn’t communicate much with host”

“Great location close to Blackwater Falls State Park and the two towns of Davis and Thomas. Communications with host suburb! All I needed to cook meals with stove, microwave, pots/pans, coffeemaker; Small space but just right for my solo retreat at waterfalls, rivers, trails for hiking! Highly recommend !!”

“What a cozy, thoughtful place. Had all the amenities of home and definitely is used as a family residence often. A 1/2 mile walk to the commercial strip of Thomas, although there is no sidewalk on a bit of that walk. It didn’t bother me personally. We had a great time.”
