The parking was super we got parked outside which was convenient and we were given a parking permit. So that took the stress out of parking as Whitby was busy. “Great place, made such a change from regular hotels with personal touches. Room was a great size & included a sofa & small table/chairs.
The small tea/coffee station with some breakfast options included in the room was the bit the bowled me over… a treat at 6am, cereal & fruit, new milk & yogurt, plus proper coffee bags, even a tray to carry it to the table.

The inn is perched up right on the edge of the moors with some stunning views.
It is a 2 min walk down the hill to the beautiful hamlet or up the very steep hill to the ruins of the old iron ore furnaces.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic we would book again.

“The room was great for our needs, very spacious with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. I was holidaying with my teenage granddaughter and the twin beds gave us plenty of room.
It was about a 10 minute walk to the harbour (anout 30 minutes to walk back, it's a very steep hill! Dont believe google maps that says mostly flat!)
There is a bus stop outside the hotel but we didn't use it. However, on our last evenung we had a taxi and it was £4.50.”
