“Grymt trevlig och ytterst hjälpsam personal. Alldeles för kalla lampor (vitt sken). Frukosten såg rätt trisst ut så hoppade den och drog till stan. ”

“I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn since I was a child in the 70's (in Bethesda in Maryland). Nearly 50 years later I stayed at the Holiday Inn at Halifax Airport mainly because of my late arrival at the airport and it was really nice. I stayed in a suite on the third floor and it was spacious, quiet and very clean. The staff in general at the hotel were all very pleasent and helpful. Some of the furniture in the room seemed to be from the 70's and the wooden knives and forks in the breakfast...

“Everything was great. It was a really nice place to stay. The only problem was the pool was closed in the second day that we were there which was unfortunate because that's one of the reasons we chose this hotel but other than that, it was wonderful.”

“When we arrived at 10:00 p.m., there was a power outage affecting 40,000 customers in Halifax! The front desk staff were very apologetic, but it wasn't their fault. With a flashlight, they took us to our room and made sure we didn't need anything. We were, however, very disappointed with the breakfast set up. Instead of self serve for the eggs, meat and hashbrowns, this food was behind a counter with 1 server dishing out what each person requested, with her guessing the amount wanted. This made...

“It was beautiful and clean and spacious. Only downer was that there weren’t any dishes or cutlery in the kitchenette. Location is a real bonus too.”

“Unfortunately we did not find this property good value for what we paid. The accommodations vary and we found ourselves in a basement feeling suite that was dark and dank smelling. The property did offer to move us that evening to a nicer suite in the main house which was very generous of them and we really appreciated it but it was neatly 10 pm and we were going to bed for the night as we had an early wake up the next morning.”
