“Very friendly staff and very helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean, well-maintained and plenty of tea/coffee in the rooms! The food in the bar/restaurant was very good with plenty of choice. Breakfast was fine - could have done with more choice of pastries, vut the bacon roll was delicious!!”

“I have to say that the staff were super friendly and very welcoming, not only the bar staff but also the breakfast chef and even the cleaner! The inn was situated in a nice out of town area surrounded by fields. There is a business nextdoor but there was no overnight noise from it. The food and the beer were amazing too. “The hotel is nice for a short stay however could do with a few upgrades but generally well maintained. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome and throughout the stay our 2 dogs were made to feel relaxed and happy. The shower in the room was so small you struggled to move about and the shower gel provided even though smelt lovely was obviously watered down.
