“Was a great spot to stay for a night! Clean, all the amenities we needed, easy in and out! Bakery down the road and less than 10 mins to the ski hill was perfect. Thank you Jess!”

“Cute place as the pictures show. And a very short walk to the heart of Ellicottville. But the walls are paper thin and you hear everything going on in the rooms around you. The mattress was old and should have been replaced. The headboard did not match the bed frame and was poorly secured. Finally, the water is hard and the water pressure is mediocre, making it hard to get all the soap / shampoo rinsed clean. ”
