Outstanding condo, the amenities especially in the kitchen were amazing. We were also impressed with the availability of charging stations for our devices. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great Place

We have stayed a few times in this area and this was the best yet! The place was very clean, easy for the kids to ski out, warm, plenty of space, and cozy. We will look to stay here again!

Weekend ski trip

Great location. Check in was super easy. Use of ski locker is a great bonus. Living/dining room area was a great location to hang out at night with everyone. Kitchen had everything you could need. Beds were great. Will definitely book again!

Wonderful Ski Getaway

This property exceeded expectations! Very well appointed, it had all of the amenities we needed and then some. Directly next to a ski lift, not only was access wonderful, the view while enjoying the fireplace on a cold, snowy afternoon was like being in a movie. The property was exceptionally clean as well. We look forward to returning!

Great Place

Everything about this place was great. Great view. Great communication with the property manager. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and place was very clean. Simple decorating was beautiful, as was the view and the local area. My husband and I are hoping to rent this place again next year.

It was a great location and nice place. Would have loved to have had a few wine glasses and a wastebasket in the bathroom( it’s amazing how much you miss it when it’s not there). Otherwise, it was nice.

Short but lovely stay!

The place was well kept, in a perfect location and decently priced! We very mch enjoyed our little family getaway! We would happily return another time! - notes: I would suggest tea towels get packed- it was really the only thing missing and important for washing up, especially with a family and dishes.

Perfect ski weekend

This was our first time to Holiday Valley and we loved the location of this rental. It is right on the mountain making it a true ski in/ski out. The condo had everything we needed, including a separate ski locker to keep all our gear. Josh was very accessible and answered all my questions right away. We already booked to return next year!

Excellent Vacation!

Great location for hiking on the mountain. Easy access to town. Close to Holiday Valley facilities and Spruce Lake. Kitchen is well equipped. AC available for summer temps, good heating in colder temps. Car dependent. Bring all your own groceries. Oven, stove, microwave, coffee making machines, and electric kettle make for great meal preparation. Ice in the freezer. Love it here!

Ellicotteville getaway

Our regular go to place Ellicotville mini weekend getaway,This little townhouse was perfect spot for us ,location was absolutely perfect since we played golf for two days it’s so easy to get to and close to everything else . Cutest renovated townhome made so cozy and comfortable, couldn’t ask for anything better ! Thank you 😊

Great location facing the lifts. Plenty of room for a family with three teenagers. Pictures are accurate, everything works and is updated. Host was responsive, we’ll be back!

In the shadow of The Wall

This updated condo was perfect for our stay at Holiday Valley. The condo was very comfortable and spacious enough for 4 adult men to share easily. You can't ask for a better location. We walked out of the condo and looked right at HV's famous Wall run. I gave it 5 stars because 6 wasn't an option.
