“Loved our stay at the Caboose!”

“Perfect stay in Charlevoix in a very nice neighborhood just a 10 minute walk to Lake Michigan, a 20 minute walk to downtown, or a 20 minute walk to Lake Charlevoix. Owner/property manager was extremely helpful. He has a paddleboard that we used and that turned out to be a lot of fun for all of us. House was very clean, everything worked well. There was plenty to do in and around Charlevoix like fishing, and mushroom houses, and feed the fish and hiking and golf and swimming and boating. Already...

“The setting is beautiful. The house is quirky and charming. Decor really leans into the rustic. I think we were the second or third visitors to the property and they were still working out a few things, but would definitely recommend to a family with older kids. There is only one bathroom and no dishwasher, but the outdoor amenities (fire pit, dock, lake) are excellent.”

Our host was very responsive to the one issue we had with the coffee maker not working quite right, and by the time we got back home for the day, there was a new one waiting for us. There were a ton of space heaters, extra blankets, towels and fans available to use which was amazing for our big group. Very close to downtown Boyne city as well!”
