“I tried to cancel this via Expedia, Mariott, and even the hotel itself, and was not able to with a refund. Shame on you!!!! I will NEVER use Expedia again. And since I am in my first year of retirement, I would say this was a poor decision by your company to not give me a refund.”

“This was not a great ESA and I wouldn't recommend it. There are others in the area Like at Wolfchase, that are better. The staff here were unhelpful and didn't care about the customers. They were "fake smiling" when they told people there were no dishes or cookware and wouldn't be any in the future. The desk clerk told me to "go buy some"! I explained to her that I stayed at ESAs because of the kitchens and cooking wares. She actually seemed glad to tell me there's no services like that at Apple...

“Nice, big hotel. Comfortable bed. Some people have written in the reviews that the hotel is in a bad area. It is not. The area is filled with new business. Hotel has totally self check-in witch can be frustrating. However, they have easy communication by their service team by WhatsApp. It might take some time to get some things done but they solved my problems. The elevators didn't all work which could cause some waiting. ”

“We turned down whatever breakfast was available as they charge a hefty fee for it - $10 for yogurt. Was was absolutely stunning, and something I have NEVER encountered in all my travels, they did not offer free coffee! Either as a standalone or at the breakfast counter. “No housekeeping in our 3 nights there. Breakfast was loaded up early and honestly ending at 9am was already early in my opinion, then loading up all the food by 8:30 was slightly ridiculous because then i had to rush or get my juice off the cart. The hallways smelled like weed, the rooms looked like they probably had the same sheets on them and hadnt been washed. ”

“Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful. The place was undergoing reno work, so there were some minor plumbing issues. The pool was closed. I did not know that would be the case when I booked. Breakfast buffet was nice, but nothing special…basic waffle maker, egg/biscuit/meat offering you’d get pretty much anywhere. “This hotel is gross. I paid for 2 nights but after the first night we just left and went to another hotel. The reviews were mostly good so I was very disappointed. The lady at the desk during check in was so sweet so I do want to note that. The hotel is undergoing renovations and there are no complaints about that. The room itself however was so gross.
