“Our stay was very pleasant”

“The room is nothing like listed in the picture(s). The walls and floors are dirty. There are holes in the wall under the cabinet, the microwave and cabinets are filthy. I went to the store to buy cleaning products in order to scrub the bathroom before using it. Electrical outlet was exposed; the iron didn't work and messed up my clothing. The only thing that worked well was the AC. Even the additional lock on the door was missing. I have pictures and will add if able to”

“This was not a great ESA and I wouldn't recommend it. There are others in the area Like at Wolfchase, that are better. The staff here were unhelpful and didn't care about the customers. They were "fake smiling" when they told people there were no dishes or cookware and wouldn't be any in the future. The desk clerk told me to "go buy some"! I explained to her that I stayed at ESAs because of the kitchens and cooking wares. She actually seemed glad to tell me there's no services like that at Apple...

“Nice, big hotel. Comfortable bed. Some people have written in the reviews that the hotel is in a bad area. It is not. The area is filled with new business. Hotel has totally self check-in witch can be frustrating. However, they have easy communication by their service team by WhatsApp. It might take some time to get some things done but they solved my problems. The elevators didn't all work which could cause some waiting. ”

“Booked two double beds that sleeps 4. In the bathroom we received two hand towels, 3 bath towels, 2 face cloths. The Keurig coffee machine had one cup and one coffee pod. The lighting in the room was dark, the floor lamp had no bulb. We asked about ice - ground floor ice machine was not working/broken and we had to go to second floor Restaurant was just a bar. 75% of the menu items were out of stock. “I have the room 2002 and it’s so bad. There's a hole in the floor when you enter the room. The bathroom is full of mold and super dirty , terribly cleaned, and the carpet is filthy. This is not a Marriott standard cleaning. ”

“We stayed here two nights while attending a nearby church conference. Everything was fine, and we plan on staying here again in the future.”

“The hotel is under renovation which we did not know when booked. A little annoying to come into but they do have free breakfast while construction continues. The front door locks after 6 which is strange and they don’t accept certain debit cards for payments or deposits.”
