“The hotel needs to be modernized with upgraded rooms. Something was wrong with the elevator doors when they open. The smoke smell is bad the moment you walk into the front doors and lingers into the rooms. For the casino, there should be an ATM inside vs having to go out to the main lobby. The restaurant staff was awesome. But the hours there are horrible. They close so early on a Saturday night. The front desk staff was also very helpful even when we forgot something the next day. Overall...

“Needs updating”

“No free water that was the only bad thing”

“We had a very nice stay over. Tidy and clean outside, accommodating staff at check in. The room was clean, huge, quiet and a comfy bed. Hotel is just across from Grotto of the Redemption a must see just after sunset also. Staff is friendly & helpful. Continental breakfast has a lot to choose from and a large indoor heated pool too. A very cozy, welcoming and clean hotel.”
