âOverall everything was good, our only issue was after being there for a few days we noticed the toaster was full of crumbs, obviously not been emptied for quite some time, and the oven tray had not been cleaned after it had been used. We hadnât met the owner, so decided it was easier just to clean them both before using them.
On the hole, everything else was excellent.
There was no recycling facilities, which was quite a surprise, and also a slight disappointment. Everything else was above...

Evening meal was delicious I had chicken fajitas with everything on the plate to add to the meal I Also ordered proper chips which were delicious. The Bed was really really lovely and comfortable and the room was beautiful

âPĂ„ grund av en akut kallelse till hjĂ€rtoperation blev det en lĂ„ng och emotionell dag som tog vĂ€ldigt mycket energi. Utan att ha nĂ„got bestĂ€mt boende löste vi det och Ă€r sĂ„ otroligt tacksamma för bemötandet vi fick hĂ€r av Kristina och hennes kollegor i receptionen. De mĂ€rkte snabbt att vi var i behov av att bara fĂ„ andas och hĂ€mta igen oss och gav verkligen allt och lite till för att visa vilka förstĂ„ende och empatiska mĂ€nniskor de var.
Dagen efter fick den opererade vila ut pÄ rummet extra...
âAlthough the hotel is looking "tired", e.g. light fittings hanging off in the bathroom, I felt safe. Just wanted somewhere to sleep for 1 night, therefore idealâ

They went above and beyond to help us out from Georgia booking taxis for us to my friend behind the bar going to his house to get me cigarettes when I had run out big thanks (hope you enjoy Edinburgh đđđ) cleanliness spot on ,food amazing,and very reasonable for top quality,. would recommend to anyone looking forward to seeing you all again thanks

âI loved this place. The staff were great. Parking is easy and right next to the place. We did dine in the restaurant downstairs it is Indian food and done very well. The place has lots of beautiful wall paper though out making it a unique experience. â
âAn overnight stay needed before a uni offer day at Durham., I just wish we could have stayed longer.

"As part of a trip through the area we book this extremely valuable place. Beautifully decorated, nice and cosy bar area and cosy rooms which however were extremely cold and heating did not work.
Breakfast was all heated when plate served and not as good at al as can be expected at a hotel of this standard."
