Airport pick up was bungled up and we ended up waiting but the hotel was very apologetic and waived the fee due to inconvenience caused. Their customer service response was appreciated. â
âWe couldnt fault this hotel in any way it was clean quiet and so comfortable. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help us with breakfast, trips, taxis and location of places we asked about. Would highly recommend. â
âAvoid this place at all costs! Booked a room with AC as advertised on Expedia. They tried to charge me extra for the AC and were not accepting all the info I had saying AC is included. The staff were completely unreasonable. The WiFi does not even reach the room. The room, sheets, and shower room are dirty and smelly. It's very noisey outside and in. The hotel is gross, piles of litter and overflowing bins in the corridors, and the area is not nice, there are nice places for the same price...
âI checked in in the afternoon from international travel . They canât provide hot water in the evening for bath . They said hot water available only in the morning . I informed them my check out in the morning by 6 am and ensure hot water. And nobody there to ensure hot water availability in the morning before I check out â
âWe were given a filthy 3-bed room which was barely cleaned beforehand and was situated right next to the breakfast area.
Absolutely not a place to stay again. â
