"Bra men dyrt. Frukosten är under all kritik sett till vad den kostar men rummen rymliga, rena och stort badrum. Har alla faciliteter och lite till. Personalen är extremt trevlig och hjälpsam. Birmingham är en skitstad, vilket gör att detta hotell fungerar som en fristad när man behöver komma bort från de gråa och trista gatorna utanför."
