Bra våraktiviteter: Vi ligger mindre än 15 mil från Charlotte County Sports Park, som är baseball Spring Training hem för Tampa Bay Rays och året runt för Charlotte Stone Crabs.

Byggt 2007, professionellt designade och inredda hem som ligger bara några steg från sanden.

Två master-sviter med king size-sängar, ett våningssäng med två uppsättningar våningssängar och ett annat rum med två dubbla antika affischsängar. Detta bad ligger i varma tropiska jordtoner och har vackra trägolv i vardagsrummet och avancerade badrum med anpassade kakel. Den "upp och ner" planlösningen har fyra sovrum på entréplanet och en hisnande översta våningen med 15 fot katedraltak med en starkt upplyst kupol. Rostfria apparater. Granit bänkskivor. Vacker, helt ny rekreationspool (med dykbräda) i närheten.

Detta betraktas allmänt som den bästa gatan på ön, med nattliga solnedgångssamlingar med våra heltidsboende grannar. Du vill aldrig lämna!

Manasota Key (eller Englewood Beach) ligger precis längs vägen från Boca Grande. Ta en 20 minuters bilresa till den mest exklusiva kusten enklav i Florida och beundra det historiska och berömda Gasparilla Inn. Bra shopping och restauranger. Håll ögonen öppna för kändisar och Bush-familjen, som regelbundet reser här.

Perfect Family Getaway

This is a beautiful, very well maintained home just steps from a wonderful beach. Everything we could possibly need was there waiting for us, from beach equipment, to kitchen gadgets and spices. Communication with our host was also wonderful. We plan on returning next summer!

STAY HERE!

Beautiful house! Wonderful location! Gracious host! It has everything you could ever need in a beach house! We had a group of 2 couples with our 4 adult kids (in their 20s) and it met every need we had. Would be perfect for small kids too. We loved the super easy walk to the beach, proximity to restaurants, comfy beds, and came home with a ton of beautiful shells. Highly recommend!!!
I spent a lot of my time on the balcony in the early mornings and evenings.

We have been vacationing in Englewood quite often over the past few years, and this is my new favorite house to stay in. It has everything you need, is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything in great condition. It is steps from the private beach. I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect view, Perfect location , Perfect get away!

Property was clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed everything about this house. Only a 2 minute walk to beach to collect an array of seashells and soak up the sun. We saw sea turtles and manatees in the water. Chairs,towels and anything you may need were provided. Outdoor shower with towel hooks and picnic table / chairs to relax to dry off. We spent several mornings drinking coffee and nights on the upper deck watching the sunset and playing board games. Plenty of parking. The neighbors were friendly and told us to let them know if we needed anything at all. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing get away feet from to the beach. Beautiful family friendly beach house

Absolutely beautiful beach home. Fantastic layout for sharing with friends or family. Very quiet stretch of beach just a few steps away, close enough for a baby monitor during nap time (we had a one year old in our party)! Also a short walk to the bars and restaurants. Fantastic sunsets! Super friendly and responsive host/owner, and that special feel of actually staying in someone’s home that they use vs. just a pure vacation rental.

Best Beach Vacation

This house was perfect!! Beautiful inside and out with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed fishing from the beach, the Sand Bar for lunch and local fish from the market. House was well stocked with supplies for the beach and host was terrific with excellent communication. We have been to the area several times and this was by far and away our best trip. Just an amazing house and we cannot recommend it enough!!!!

Lovely week near the sea

A perfect house with stunning views that allow you to see the gulf and the bay, sunrise, and sunset. Updated living spaces with cozy beds and everything you need for a week on the beach. The host is exceptional with excellent communication. You won’t be disappointed.

This home is extraordinary!

If you’re looking for a relaxed, old Florida vacation with access to the beach, restaurants, golf, beach yoga and amazingly kind and friendly neighbors, this house is perfect! The owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect, from booking to leaving. That’s is the most well appointed home we have ever stayed in. We can’t wait to return!!

Best house on Manasota key!

We loved our stay at this property. It’s very close to the beach as well as the park and restaurants. It’s nicely updated and kitchen is well appointed. Having two master suites was ideal for our set up. Our host was very responsive and helpful, and every light switch is labeled which I loved. We plan to stay here every year!

Awesome House

The house was perfect for us. We had 6 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The furnishings were just what we needed and we loved the layout of the house. I can't think of anything that we could complain about.

Perfect Easter/Spring BreK

Lovely and very well equipped home steps from the beach. Perfect for a family getaway. Very low key area- don’t expect tons of shops and restaurants in walking distance, but there are a few good choices. Plus, it is a perfect home for dining in our on the covered deck overlooking the Gulf. Amazing sunsets and great shelling and shark tooth collecting. Thank you!
