The a/c was nice and cool, the room was clean. We were there for the boat races (my husband was racing) and the location was great. I took a beach chair and a couple beach towels with me to the beach to watch the races. The bed was really comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but it had everything we would have needed. Thank you so much!

The place is very cute had an amazing bay view from inside and out. So relaxing. Well stocked just like home. Make sure you look for email from Paradise Bay for check in details. Beach closer than shows on map. Literally just walk across the main rd and over a few feet. 5 minutes tops. (I think parking at the local beach is a further walk). Sunsets were absolutely stunning every night. Had a nice time looking for shark teeth/fossils. Found the most with a small garden shovel in the thick ridge of deposited shells along the shore. Also a lot easier than getting pelted with the waves in the shallows.
We definitely would recommend it as it is a hidden gem. Kayaks were also wonderful and relaxing drifting and sight seeing the beautiful homes along the key. Would love to come back when the pier is finished to try my luck at some fishing. They are working hard to repair and prepare for future storms. Looks like they are almost done and way ahead of a lot of other folks in the area. The two queen beds were comfy. A/C worked well. Enjoyed grilling out. Hope to get the opportunity to return soon.

Wonderful Location!
Property was amazing! When walking in the door we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was for the price. Spotless and “homey” with a fresh, clean smell. We were only a few minutes from several different beaches which was a plus! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot
My mom and I booked a staycation here for her 60th birthday. The house is perfectly situated where you get the beautiful views of Lemon Bay and then a quick 5-7min walk to the beach. The common areas (pool, dock, etc) were great. The suite itself was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and comfy. The host was great at communicating. Will definitely be back!

Great location
We live in Florida and wanted a mini vacation away from home. This was the perfect place. We stayed in Paradise Bay. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Doc right out back for fishing. Place is very well kept. We will be hopefully vacationing here again soon.

Wonderful!
We wanted to get a few days of sunshine so we booked this place. It exceeded our expectations! We were giving clear directions and info. Upon arrival the unit was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed. We loved being able to look out our window and look over the pool and bay. It was a quiet location and yet close to all activities you might want to do. It was too windy to use the kayaks. Maybe next time! We enjoyed sitting by the pool and went to the beach. We loved that their were beach chairs available and even a couple of coolers to borrow to take to the beach. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely go back! We were sad to leave and head back to cold, gloomy Ohio.

Great Spot on Manasota Key
Paradise Bay at Blue Island Inn was a lovely spot. It was home base while we traveled to spring training games in both Port Charlotte and Bradenton. Loved the location, easy beach access, pool, and ability to fish. Fell in love with Manasota Key and all this little beach town has to offer (restaurants, bars, shopping). Highly recommend!

Relaxing Stay
Totally enjoyed our stay, beds were very comfortable and entire place was clean and inviting. Loved the pool and kayaking. Bonus was the laundry on site. Close to restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. Would recommend!

great little get away place
My husband and I enjoyed the unit. The unit was clean, well stocked with towels and decorated beautifully. The dock was nice to sit on and enjoy the bay, while the walk to the beach was very short. The view of the bay from the unit we stayed in was peaceful. While we didn't use the pool because we spent our swimming time in the clear ocean waters, the pool looked super clean. We would highly recommend for a couples trip.
