Inside a bit dated with specifically the following issues: a) Both shower areas had shower heads which need replacing, b) none of the curtains in most of rooms closed properly, c) host mentioned on arrival that the sat tv was intermittent, in actual fact it didn't work and this was particularly annoying as it was dark around 8pm . d) ceiling in master bedroom had...

“We booked this cottage to allow us to take our parents with us. The rooms were great and plenty of space and well equipped. The only downside was the radiator in the living room wasn’t working and although we had the fire lit and there was a portable small heater it was very hard to warm the living area as it open plan from the hall way into it and the stairwell to the bedroom upstairs was also in it. Other than that it was great.”

“Kilmore Quay is 10 minutes away by foot. A small interesting village with some pubs and cafes. The house itself has very much space and you can enjoy a quiet vacation. The housekeeper Martin explained everything in detail and we could contact him for every question we have. For two families it´s a perfect place. You have enough bathrooms and the kitchen is fitted well. There is a wahing machine and a dryer. We had a very nice vacation and many thanks to the agency and Martin!”

“This house is beautiful and immaculate and the owner had thought of everything for all ages from high chairs and travel cots to a shower seat in the walk-in shower. The location was ideal to so many places. The owner is lovely and was quick to resolve any issues. Unfortunately the house itself seems to be the only part of the property that has been renovated and what will be a lovely fairy garden, replete with waterfalls, was marred by construction rubbish. The car paths were awful to drive. I...
