Cocoonr offers this charming 160 m² air-conditioned house with sauna for rent in Épernay. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. Two extra beds are available, but these should be used for children or teenagers. It comprises an attractive 87 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 140 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- An 87 m² living room with sofa and TV
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×200) and a mezzanine with a sofa bed that converts into a 120x190 single bed.
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Separate WC

First floor:
- A small bedroom with a single bed
- A small bedroom with a 90x190 bed and a sofa that converts into a 120x190 bed.
- A shower room with shower, double washbasin and WC

Basement:
A relaxation area with sauna and hammam

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 140 m² enclosed and shaded garden with terrace to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Épernay, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
