“The room was clean”

“Staff was friendly upon check in. Check out was speedy. A nice variety of options for breakfast and the coffee was strong. Only real complaint was a dead battery in our smoke detector that kept beeping. But honestly we were so tired it was only a nuisance until we fell asleep. ”

“A nice room, nice staff at the reception, a nice but small indoor pool and Internet speed 23 down and 26 up. That means a good stay for us. The hotel is close to the highway but a little bit far from the city centre. However, the complimentary breakfast was poor”

“terrific facility. But hard to give them a 5 when I can’t get help. I had questions about the tv, and I sent a text as instructed, but got no response until the next day. I asked in the restaurant, but they are restaurant people not hotel people. The restaurant is fantastic. I certainly would stay here again. If I didn’t need help, I wouldn’t be troubled by its absence.”

“Great stay the room was a little cold even with heater running all night. Some good information to know is when you check in you check in at the main lobby. We were staying at the inn which is the same resort. It's just in a separate location. Make sure you hold your key card to the keypad. It looks like you would put numbers in but there are no numbers to put in. You just need to hold your key there until it unlocks the door and the same thing for your room.”
