There is an extendable dining table with 6 chairs. <br><br>There are 2 bathrooms; one features a bathtub, heated towel rack, washing machine, etc., while the other has a shower, heated towel rack, etc.<br><br>There are shared seating areas in the courtyard.<br><br>Bicycles can be securely parked in the enclosed entryway or in the courtyard.<br><br>The apartment is located close to the city center and offers ideal public transportation access, as the tram stop is right in front of the building and the tram ride to the city center takes only 8 minutes.<br><br>Guest access:<br>One day before your arrival, we will send you the 6-digit code to unlock the building and apartment doors.<br><br>Arriving by train: From the train station, take tram number 1 toward Europaplatz or tram number 5 toward Zoopark to the stop (Wendenstraße). The ride takes about 10 minutes.<br><br>Arriving by car: Free parking spots are available on the side streets (e.g., Wendenstraße, Hans-Sailer-Straße, etc.). On the main street, Magdeburger Allee, parking is free from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, as well as on Sundays.<br><br>You may park at the driveway entrance to the house for loading and unloading.
