“Nobody at reception. I arrived at 9:15 pm and check in suppose to be until 12:00.Never got my room. I had to pay for another room somewhere else. ”

“Front staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Walking distance to mall and lots of shopping. Breakfast was decent (typical free hotel breakfast) and well-stocked. Pool area was nice and clean as well. ”

“Rooms next to thw pool shouldn't be rented when there is a large ground or people throwing a birthday party. The noise was terrible! We heard it over the hot tub and the tv. The gusts having the party were then roomed above us so when the pool closed the noise was over our heads”

“We always stay here but this time the heater shut down, the carpet needed cleaning, there was a liquid dripped down the front of the heater and the Wi-Fi was slow. Very disappointed.”
