The location is within ten minutes of the downtown core and great shopping at Square One Shopping Centre. The other tenants were quiet and respectful. ”

“The cleaning crew did not do a good job cleaning lots of dust for example window blind. Fridge have soda bottles hair on bathroom floor. Also this is advertised as 3 br 3 bath it only have 3br 2bath and half bath down stairs be aware that you need to dispose of your garage at a garbage site. That’s a first for me loading garbage in my car and disposing of it on vacation. ”

“I came to Guelph with my dog, who was scheduled for surgery at OVC (less than 10 minutes from the house). I found the home neat, well-appointed, and comfortable. Prior to her appointment, my pup and I enjoyed the amazing back yard, which had plenty of seating options and well-thought mature plantings.
