"great hotel, great location. nice staff. there could be more restaurants open during day time, because now its only open during certain hours. Gym should not ber open to everyone outside of hotel all the time, the gym is crowded with non hotel guest, it should be limited to specific times only."

"This was great! One of my best hotel experiances. We stayed for a week, hotel staff was polite and helpful. Check in and check out was easy. The rooms were well designed (no unnecessary items), all items you needed where in the room. It was spacious and clean. And location is amazing, you have the mall with good shopping and resturant, even a super market there and walking distance across the bridge to canton tower. We lived in the 15 th floor, the room cleaning lady there was exceptional! She was very detailed oriented and really cleaned the rooms well, folded our PJs nicely next to the bed. Alot of small things she did during the cleaning that made a difference, kudos to her! I am a very picky when it comes to hotels, this is one of very few stays that was beyond my expectation! We look forward to stay here again in the future!"

"Rummet var lite av en besvikelse. Golvet hade mellanrum i parketten som man kunde göra sig illa på om man trampade fel. Vattenkran som inte satt fast ordentligt och fogar i duschen var ansatta och inte så fräscha. Detta visade sig även gälla för rummet vid vår andra vistelse. Att vi väljer att ändå bo på Garden beror på läget, en fantastisk frukost och ett bra gym med utomhuspool. Ett plus är att man har bussar som tar en till Cantonmässan."

"Fantastiskt frukost som vanligt på ett Westin hotell. Jag har bott på flera genom åren. Vi förstod inte att det fanns flera Westin och vi skulle få på canton fair och då tar det ca 45-60 minuter till mässan från hotellet. Det gick även gratis bussar men det är tråkigt att lägga två timmar per dag i trafiken. Hotellet ligger i business district och även det är tråkigt. Massor av skyskrapor och kanske inte det genuina Kina som iaf jag ville uppleva. Man fick ta sig till Gamla stan och även det tar 30-50 minuter beroende på trafik. Men hotellet var toppen!"
