"The location of the hotel is awesom but the hotel needs an update urgently. Wd had one of the more exensive rooms but the toilet was leaking, the fridge didn't work properly, we could hear the neighbours talking and snoring and the noise from the terrace lasted untill 10 pm. But the views on the vulcanoes are spectacular and the staff is serviceminded and friendly."
