“We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, stylish and well equipped. Owner lives on the property but is discreet and helpful when needed. Access to wine in the basement is clever and very convenient. Location of property is ideal, with beautiful view of the Marche hills and easy access to Serra de Conti (10 min walk). Ideal also for excursions to other medieval towns (many within 30 minutes) and of course the beautiful beach of Senigallia where I was impressed by the quality of food served...

“Casa molto spaziosa, cucina molto ben attrezzata. Giardino grandissimo e davvero godibile. Si potrebbero migliorare e modernizzare alcuni servizi (mancano aria condizionata e zanzariere, le prese utilizzabili nelle stanze sono poche)”

Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern, die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Olivenbäume und Wein soweit das Auge reicht, malerische sanfte Hügellandschaft. Absolute Ruhe. Zufahrt einfach über geteerte Straße. Cupramontana (Aussicht ist ein Traum) ist 5min entfernt mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Meer ist in guten 30min erreichbar, ein...

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin in Deutschland. Bei kleineren Problemen hat sie sich sehr schnell gekümmert! Gerne wieder!”

“Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder.”

“This is a beautiful apartment and property! The views will knock you out and the place feels so beautifully historic with a gorgeous glamorous rustic design. We loved the animals that the owner had and even let them in for a visit. Someone else mentioned to bring slippers because the floor is cold and I didn't remember but do bring slippers. - It is a little bit of a drive to the town of Assisi but WOW! what a beautiful drive..In any case, we couldn't have enjoyed the place more, we hope to...
