“The apartment is very nice and conveniently located near the Saint Francis Chapel. If you are driving to Assisi, it is better to park (Saba Giovanni Paolo II) in the public parking lot and walk to the apartment than to try and drive to the apartment. Driving is Assisi is very difficult and almost no parking near the apartment.”

No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, stylish and well equipped. Owner lives on the property but is discreet and helpful when needed. Access to wine in the basement is clever and very convenient. Location of property is ideal, with beautiful view of the Marche hills and easy access to Serra de Conti (10 min walk). Ideal also for excursions to other medieval towns (many within 30 minutes) and of course the beautiful beach of Senigallia where I was impressed by the quality of food served...

“This is a beautiful apartment and property! The views will knock you out and the place feels so beautifully historic with a gorgeous glamorous rustic design. We loved the animals that the owner had and even let them in for a visit. Someone else mentioned to bring slippers because the floor is cold and I didn't remember but do bring slippers. - It is a little bit of a drive to the town of Assisi but WOW! what a beautiful drive..In any case, we couldn't have enjoyed the place more, we hope to...

“The house is nicely renovated, well equipped and has air condition in the bedroom, which I appreciated a lot, since it was really hot the last couple of days. From the balcony you have a pleasant view into the surrounding hills and it is really quiet - no traffic, just tweeting birds. The hosts are nice and friendly. Everything was perfect. I liked it a lot.”

“Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder.”

“La casa grande e accogliente, si trova in un posto incantevole e comoda a tutti i servizi. Nonostante il caldo, all'interno era sempre fresco! Vi si trova tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno (persino il pelapatate!) L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Francesco sono davvero da elogiare. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con l'auto al nostro arrivo e si è adoperato immediatamente per aiutarci. Molto gradite le cene a base di prodotti tipici preparate da lui stesso e i suoi figli (carbonara top!!) Ci ha...

“Wunderschön restauriertes Bauernhaus, welches seinen Charme trotz oder aufgrund des modernen Innenlebens erhalten konnte. Die Ausstattung ist absolut hochwertig und der etwas höhere Mietpreis ist durchaus berechtigt. Empfehlenswert für Leute mit Stilempfinden und dem Wunsch, im Urlaub nur wenig Kompromisse eingehen zu wollen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter.”

“Het vakantiehuis was prima en het zwembad heel erg fijn. Jammer was alleen dat er geen horren in de slaapkamers aanwezig waren. Dat is in Italië echt wel een noodzakelijkheid. De gastheer was zeer attent. De locatie is zeer geschikt als uitvalsbasis voor prachtige natuur en middeleeuwse steden. Een tip: een korte schriftelijke uitleg in het Engels voor het gas, de oven en de afval. ”

“La maison est bien spacieuse ainsi que le jardin que l’entoure. Nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire. Les hôtes très gentils et disponibles. L’emplacement idéal pour ceux qui aiment le calme et l’isolement, mais en même temps facile d’accès. Carde verdoyant entourés de champs, nous avons pu observer les levers et les couchers du soleil depuis les fenêtres. Notre famille a adoré les vacances dans cette maison. On en garde un très bon souvenir.”
