"The room was clean when we checked in and was nicely decorated with modern, clean, and well-maintained furniture and amenities. However, the housekeeping service was inconsistent during the rest of our stay. The room was only tidied up each day, it was not properly cleaned. The floors were not vacuumed, the bed linens were not changed, and the used towels were not replaced with clean ones.
The staff experience was mixed. The woman who checked us in on the first day was welcoming and friendly, but the other staff members we interacted with were less approachable.
On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and tasty food."
