âVery Scottish decorâ for some reason.
Staff were over worked and doing multiple jobs as best as they could and as quickly as they good. Tending bar, taking orders, waiting on tables - just one person! They really struggled at breakfast with a coach party all coming down to eat at the same time and only two waitresses and one chef to handle everything. I could see how frustrated the staff and the customers were getting with the whole situation. The room was clean and tidy with good tea and...

All staff very friendly,attentive and helpful.
Food was excellent in the restraunt in the evening, as was breakfast... with lots of variety, and quality of food was of a very high standard.
We had a family room which was lovely and clean and very spacious & comfortable.
Only negative id say is that the room is probably due an upgrade as the bathroom was starting to look a little tired.
Id definitely recommend and we will certainly stay again.â

Breakfast was excellent, and if you are heading out for walks, they can provide a packed lunch if you order the day before.
There must have been at least 5 extremely wellbeahaved dogs at the hotel that were owned by guests, its a super dog friendly place. There are towels to dry off the dogs and also a sink outside undercover with warm water tap to clean the dogs if needed.â
âRoom was clean and bed very comfortable. Booked a Junior Suite and the view of the mountains from the top floor was amazing - especially sunrise. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Great choice for buffet breakfast, lunch in the bar lounge and evening meal.â

"Room was spacious but facing parking which came as a surprise. Breakfast and dinner options are good. Pool facilities are good.
First breakfast only one person doing everything who was stressed and abrupt and complained so out loud. The other morning there were more staff so ok. In general staff are helpful and the stay was pleasant. "
