The 67 m² apartment, located right near Lake Baldeney, is situated on a small, quiet street in the Fischlaken neighborhood of Essen—between Werden and Heidhausen—on the top floor of our two-family home and was newly furnished in May 2022:
The apartment is cozy and modernly furnished. It features a bedroom with a king-size box-spring bed, a living room with a sleeper sofa for 2 people, a comfortable kitchen with a dining area, an entryway, a bathroom with a shower, and a large, sunny rooftop terrace.

The apartment includes:
- 2 TVs with satellite reception in the living room and bedroom
- fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine
- high chair and toilet seat adapter for children
- dining table (can also be used as a desk or workspace)
- Shower tray
- Hair dryer
- Gas central heating
- Blackout blinds

PRICES
- One night’s stay:
- for up to two people: 100 €
- each additional adult: 50 €
- For stays of 2 nights or more:
- For up to two people: 85 €
- Each additional adult: 35 €

Longer stays upon request

- Linen package per person (bed linens, towels) 10 €
- Payment: 30% upon booking, balance 5 days before arrival

Children
- Up to 6 years old: free
- 7–12 years old: 12.50 € (per night)

Additional costs
- Final cleaning: 40 euros (one-time fee)
- Security deposit: starting at 250 €
