Modern A-Frame with Hot Tub

Experience a one-of-kind getaway in a mid-century modern A-Frame in the Great Lakes Bay area. The home is tucked away in a pleasant neighborhood and close to everything - only minutes to shopping, restaurants, the waterfront, coffee shops, and the beach. Relax in the cozy living room with your morning coffee, explore something new in the afternoon, and rejuvenate in the hot tub in the evening as you hear the birds sing.

As you pull in to the drive way, you will actually notice two A-frames on the property that are connected by the garages in the center (two separate and private living quarters with no shared doors, like a townhome). The property was built in 1971 and there is nothing like it. Really sweet, quiet seniors live in the Aframe on right and guests stay in the Aframe on the left. There is room for two cars in the driveway for guests.

The Aframe guests stay at has 3 bedrooms/1 bath with central AC and Heat. It is a total of only 1000 sqft but feels big because of the open living space, the loft, high ceilings, and large windows that bring in a lot of natural light.

The living/dining area features a great space for the leisure activity of your choice including:
- A cozy electric fire place
- Super fast wifi
- Board games/cards
- 4k smart TV to access your streaming accounts


The kitchen on the first floor includes all the essentials, plus:
- LG stainless steel appliances
- A Keurig coffee maker and kettle for tea
- Some sugar, creamer, regular/decaf pods, and tea bags are complimentary
- Ninja blender, toaster, microwave, and plenty of tools for cooking and baking


The Full Bathroom on the first floor includes:
- White bath, wash, and hand towels
- Black towels for make up removal and a make up mirror
- Public goods shampoo, conditioner, and body soap
- Hair dryer and tissue


The Master Bedroom on the first floor includes:
- Comfortable King Bed with cooling memory foam
- Super soft cotton sheets/pillow cases
- 2 cozy robes to lounge in or for the hot tub


The 1st Bedroom in the loft includes:
- Comfortable Queen Bed with cooling memory foam
- Super soft cotton sheets/pillow cases


The 2nd Bedroom in the loft includes:
- Comfortable Twin Bed with cooling memory foam
- Soft 300 thread cotton sheets/pillow cases


The first floor laundry room includes:
- Samsung front load washer/dryer
- A few washing pods are complimentary


The backyard patio is private and is full of premium amenities including:
- Gas grill (available March - October)
- Hot tub
- Picnic table
- Adirondack chairs
- Smokeless Fire pit (fire wood not provided)

QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10pm - 7am.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood and parties are not allowed. We want our guests to have a good time but please keep the noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbors. Per Airbnb's recommendation, we have installed a noise monitor inside the house. Failure to follow the quiet hour requirements will result in a minimum $250 fine and a phone call to local law enforcement.

CHILDREN SAFETY:
Please keep an eye on your younger children. Lots of share edges along with steep, floating stairs. We are not liable for any accidents during your stay. Please do not book if you feel the space is not suitable for children.

PETS:
Due to family allergies, we do not allow pets in the home. If you are traveling with a service animal, we will do our very best to accommodate you, but we would encourage you to look for other pet friendly accommodations.

HOUSE RULES:
- Max of 5 people and no unregistered guests.
- No parties and loud music.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) both inside and outside the house.
- No illegal activity.
- Do not flush sanitary items down the toilet.

We do have two exterior cameras to ensure the property is safe at all times (front and back entrances).

Failure to observe any of the house rules will result in a minimum $250 fine.

CHECK IN Procedure:
- Check in time is 3pm.
- A few days prior to your check in date, we will email you detailed check in instructions.

CHECK OUT Procedure:
- Check out time is 11am (10am checkout starting 2023)
- Put all clean dishes back where they belong.
- Rinse all dirty dishes and put them in dishwasher.
- Cover spa
- Put any moved furniture/patio chairs back where it was.

Your cleaning fee covers a normal amount of clean up in addition to washing and folding linen and folding your washed towels. Any additional cleaning (i.e. excess trash, dirt and sand, stains, etc) will result in an additional cleaning charge.

We do not expect our guests to clean during their stay, but we do expect guests to respect our home. We would appreciate it if you leave the house in the same or better condition as you found it :)
