“En fin kompakt lägenhet med tillräcklig utrustning. Nära till metro, Lidl och järnvägsstation Campanhã. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal gav oss god service med allt möjligt.”

“Room was clean and had everything we needed! No AC but large fan provided. TV is not the 55inch that is listed (but that isn't a big deal). Balcony was very nice.”

“What a terrible experience. The property requires an access code to enter the rooms and I didn't receive the access code for my first night. I spent more than 2 hours with hotels.com support while they tried to contact the property to get me into the room. I also tried contacting the property myself but they did not answer. I did get into the property the next day but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Worst of all, I contacted hotels.com for a refund and they said they cannot do it because...

“Communicatie liep goed en vlot. Appartement is zoals op de foto,s. Prijs kwaliteit is goed. Gebouw is niet goed geïsoleerd je hoort alles wat op straat gebeurt. Een volgende keer zou ik weer hier boeken.”

“The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located, a few steps from the metro station, but walkable (about 40 minutes) to the centre or the University (which is where I needed to do everyday). I was received with a bottle of Douro valley wine and biscuits, a lovely detail! would definitely recommend staying here.”
