"Very poor check-in, arrival process at 8 pm. Most things closed, Main Lobby a 15 minute walk away from the ferry arrival location. They need to have staff at the desks near the ferry to help with check-in and check-out. But overall a very nice resort with good beach and pool and good taxi service. ..."

"The beautiful view is truly what you see in the picture! Gorgeous view and beautiful pool deck! The property manager was so responsive and helpful. We loved the location of the house and the easy access to Cruz Bay."
