“Gorgeous views from everywhere on the property. An amazing spot for a romantic getaway, with your choice of a beach or numerous pools. The property was very clean, as was our room, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt special. I already want to go back.”

“The staff is the shining star of Emerald Resort. The resort is in need of updating, it has a great location and all the rooms face the beach but it is rundown. Which gives off as not being clean. At breakfast one of my travel companions' breakfast came with butter packets and one of the butter packets had already been used. Plus the sugar bowl had empty packets in it and the jelly packets had food smeared on the bottom which says they reuse them for other guests.”

“We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator.
