âJust an awesome place to stay. Spacious, clean, every amenity. Would stay here any time i come back to Madrid and will not even look elsewhere. We were concerned about being a little further from the touristy areas but never waited more than about 2 minutes for a taxi. There are nice places nearby to eat, as well. Definitely not in the middle of the most visited sites but having a full apartment that is fully stocked with that staff they have is more than worth that small trade-off. ...

âThe Unico lives up to its name. We arrived very late and were recieved by both a doorman and the front desk staff. The room had already been turned down. At the unico the attention to the smallest details can almost be taken for granted. The rooms are nicely designed, big and very comfortable. We had a room towards the street and did not regret that. "Loved the area and the studio apartment we rented. It faced a lively street but the doors were very sound proof so we werenât bothered at all. We especially appreciated the beach umbrella we could use for free and the refrigerator with a small freeze compartment in the studio. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really hard and high so woke up with a stiff neck every morning. The only thing we missed was a body length mirror.
