âPhenomenal place in my favorite part of Madrid away from the madness of centro.
Everything was great and the balcony was very pleasant.
Only thing Iâd add is to offer more frequent cleanings and paper towels, salt, oil and basic cooking supplies.
Nonetheless the stay was awesome and the staff was very helpful. â
âJust an awesome place to stay. Spacious, clean, every amenity. Would stay here any time i come back to Madrid and will not even look elsewhere. We were concerned about being a little further from the touristy areas but never waited more than about 2 minutes for a taxi. There are nice places nearby to eat, as well. Definitely not in the middle of the most visited sites but having a full apartment that is fully stocked with that staff they have is more than worth that small trade-off. ...

âThe Unico lives up to its name. We arrived very late and were recieved by both a doorman and the front desk staff. The room had already been turned down. At the unico the attention to the smallest details can almost be taken for granted. The rooms are nicely designed, big and very comfortable. We had a room towards the street and did not regret that. âStayed for 6 nights. Location of the hotel is excellent if you want to stay in the center of Madrid. We walked to most of our tourist destinations such as, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace.
Gran via is next door, 5-10 minute walk along Calle del Barquillo. A street, although close to Gran via, it is a bit different, gives you many options to sit down with Madrid people, enjoy some superb olives and a nice beverage for example, there are also awesome dinner options. 2 supermarkets are also located...

"Overall great stay at this beautiful hotel with great service and perfect location! The room was a bit cold, but the staff fixed it quickly when we let them know. If you are sensitive to noices it can be tricky to stay here some days, we were not bothered but we could hear music/noice at some occasions (it was mostly quiet)."
