“Loved this apartment and the neighborhood so much! It’s between 2 amazing grocery stores, Veritas and Supercor. The neighborhood is awesome! The dishwasher and washer/dryer, plus the kitchen made things so much easier for us. Tons of cute Spanish shops and restaurants around, and like 2 blocks from Gran Via. I’d stay here again! Loved it! “The rooms were beautiful and there was a functional kitchen and washer/dryer. Only downsides were: (1) kitchen lacked some cookware items that would have been helpful to have (ie there was no cookware that could be used in oven in our unit); (2) the combo washer/dryer was standard troublesome. This are incredibly picky criticisms and are of at outweighed by the surprise perks (fully decked out gym and this is great quality and value for what we paid.”
“Just an awesome place to stay. Spacious, clean, every amenity. Would stay here any time i come back to Madrid and will not even look elsewhere. We were concerned about being a little further from the touristy areas but never waited more than about 2 minutes for a taxi. There are nice places nearby to eat, as well. Definitely not in the middle of the most visited sites but having a full apartment that is fully stocked with that staff they have is more than worth that small trade-off. ...
“The Unico lives up to its name. We arrived very late and were recieved by both a doorman and the front desk staff. The room had already been turned down. At the unico the attention to the smallest details can almost be taken for granted. The rooms are nicely designed, big and very comfortable. We had a room towards the street and did not regret that. "Loved the area and the studio apartment we rented. It faced a lively street but the doors were very sound proof so we weren’t bothered at all. We especially appreciated the beach umbrella we could use for free and the refrigerator with a small freeze compartment in the studio. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really hard and high so woke up with a stiff neck every morning. The only thing we missed was a body length mirror.

"Overall great stay at this beautiful hotel with great service and perfect location! The room was a bit cold, but the staff fixed it quickly when we let them know. If you are sensitive to noices it can be tricky to stay here some days, we were not bothered but we could hear music/noice at some occasions (it was mostly quiet)."
